Warranty Policy
Paeta is committed to providing equipment of the highest quality and craftsmanship. We offer this limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for our fitness equipment, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Warranty Periods
The warranty period begins on the original date of delivery (as recorded by the carrier).

2. Scope of Coverage and Exclusions
2.1 Covered Defects
This warranty covers defects arising from:

Defects in Materials: Manufacturing flaws that affect the product’s core integrity or appearance.

Defects in Workmanship: Issues resulting from incorrect assembly or construction by the manufacturer.
Paeta will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any covered component found to be defective within the specified warranty period.
2.2 Exclusions (What is Not Covered)
This Limited Warranty does NOT cover:

Normal Wear and Tear: Includes, but is not limited to, surface scratches, minor cosmetic blemishes, and expected deterioration of consumable parts (e.g., foot straps, pulleys, springs after 6 months).

Improper Use or Maintenance: Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, or failure to perform routine maintenance as detailed in the Paeta Maintenance Guide.

Unauthorized Modifications: Damage caused by customer disassembly, alteration, or repair performed by unauthorized parties.

Environmental Damage: Damage caused by moisture, rust, fire, improper cleaning agents, or extreme temperatures.

Commercial Use: Equipment used in a commercial or studio environment, as this warranty is primarily intended for home/residential use (unless explicitly agreed upon).
3. Warranty Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must follow these steps:

Contact: Email Paeta Customer Support at @support@paetapilates.com.

Provide Documentation: Submit the original Order Number, a detailed description of the defect, and clear photos or video demonstrating the issue.

Resolution: Paeta’s support team will assess the claim. If approved, Paeta will provide instructions for repairing or replacing the defective part. The customer may be responsible for shipping costs associated with receiving replacement parts.
THIS WARRANTY IS NON-TRANSFERABLE AND APPLIES ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER.
