Shipping policy
This policy applies to all orders placed on the PAETA Pilates website, shipped within the United States.
1. Shipping Eligibility & Location
We proudly ship within the Contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia).
Included Areas: The 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia (DC).
Excluded Areas: Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), and other U.S. territories.
2. Shipping Fees & Pricing Transparency

The fee charged covers the specialized handling required for heavy, large fitness equipment like Reformers, ensuring premium, high-quality delivery service to your door. |
3. Order Processing & Transit Time
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Note on Delays: In the event of high order volume or significant unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, carrier strikes), we will notify the customer via email or phone.
Special Request: Delayed Shipment
If you require a later shipment date, please inform us in the checkout notes, and we will commence processing your order on your requested date.
4. Delivery Procedures & Carriers
Shipping Carriers
We collaborate with FedEx for the majority of standard orders and LTL Freight carriers for large equipment delivery.
Signature Service
Default: All orders are dispatched without a signature requirement unless otherwise requested.
Requesting a Signature: Should you require a signature upon delivery, please indicate this clearly at the time of ordering.
Mobility Assistance: We offer a complimentary signature service for customers with mobility challenges (including those with disabilities or injuries preventing independent item lifting). Please leave a note at checkout if you require this service.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The total amount calculated at checkout is final. Paeta Pilates ensures the final price covers all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees. There will be no additional charges upon delivery.
5. Post-Shipment Issues
Damaged Items
In the event of delivery damage:
Preservation: Please save all original packaging materials and labels marked on the box.
Reporting: Describe the problem and attach photos of the damaged package and item.
Contact: Email us immediately at support@paetapilates.com with the subject:
[Order Number]_Damage Report_[Product(s)]. This will allow our team to quickly process a refund or reshipment.Missing Items
If you have not received your ordered items within 30 calendar days from the order date, please contact us promptly with your order number. Failure to reach out within this 35-day window will result in the shipping information being archived, limiting our ability to assist you effectively.
Refused Shipments / Return to Sender
If you refuse the delivery of an order you placed, Paeta Pilates reserves the right to treat the refusal as a return and charge the following fees:
A Shipment Fee (covering the initial cost of freight).
A Restocking Fee of 15% of the product's original price.
We will issue a refund for the purchase price, minus the Shipment Fee and Restocking Fee, upon the package's return to our facility. You must notify us of any shipment refusal to avoid significant delays in processing your refund.
6. International Orders
We do not currently offer direct shipping services to any country outside the United States.
Freight Forwarding: Users are free to engage their own freight forwarding company. We can deliver the order to the freight forwarder within the United States.
Waiver of Responsibility: Once the order is delivered to the freight forwarder, PAETA Pilates assumes no responsibility for the subsequent international transportation, delivery, loss, or damage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or return request for items shipped via a third-party forwarder.
