Yoga Stick

I thought I ordered bamboo, but I ended up with black. While I was initially disappointed, I do think the black looks kind of cool, so I'm happy with it.

I saw that other reviewers said it could use a midway grip, but it would be hard to know where to place it because everyone would want it in a different spot. Honestly, it's not slick, so in my opinion, it's not necessary.

I like that each end has a rubber grip so it can be sturdy when using on a wooden floor.

Overall, I really like this and am looking forward to adding it to my yoga routine!

Overall, I really do like this yoga stretching stick. It's lightweight but also rigid and sturdy. It supports you! Has rubber bike handlebar style grips on both ends. And the central shaft is smooth yet still maintains an decently texture for gripping that as well. Good length as well to give you that extra bit of stretch while holding both ends of the stick in your hands.

I do wish there was a central one or two extra rubber grips on the main shaft. Feel like that would really aide a lot in giving traction for stretching in multiple positions. All in all, though, it's a good addition to our family's home health program. Enjoy!

I'm a yoga beginner. Do i know what I'm doing? No. But I feel like I do when I use this stick. I watched some YouTube videos to get an idea of how to use it and boy oh boy can I tell the difference. Helps with stretching and flexibility and balance. It's pretty lightweight to me and seems well made. Very simple product but very effective.
