Pilates Ring Set

This exercise pkt includes a small light blow-up pink ball; 5 elastic bands that range in thickness from x-light, light, medium, heavy and x-heavy; a circular ring with 2 supports; a chart with exercises labeled for: Upper Body, Core, Lower Body, and Whole Body Movement; and a small black bag to house the exercise bands. 1. The chart and rings are doable but since I already have some heavier resistance bands that I use, even the x-heavy was more a light-medium strength use to me. 2. There is a smaller exercise chart for the bands from 1-12 exercises . 3. The color is a muted pink so it's cute. 4. The bag can make for easy transport of the bands when traveling. 5. The chart is a great refresher on basic exercises for general muscle groups. 6. No discomfort other than from an exercise regimen. 7. It functions as it should. 8. Quality is fair but if starting out, this is a quick tool set to use. 9. It is compact and travel ready.

Cons: 1. I exercise with stronger resistance bands so, even the x-heavy felt like a light-medium workout. 2. The ball is maybe to assist focus and form, otherwise I did not find it useful. 3. The level up in exercises is basic and I needed to advance quickly for me to get a muscle workout. Maybe I could've lapped the 2 charts for a better workout. 4. The cost is basic if this is a gift set.

This set comes with a Pilates ring, a ball, five resistance bands, and even a printed workout guide, which is nice for beginners. The price feels fair for what you're getting, but the overall quality isn't the best. The materials are lightweight and a little on the cheap side, so I'm not sure how long they'll last. Still, for someone just getting into Pilates or wanting a budget-friendly option, it'll get the job done for now. Works well.

This is a great deal for all that you get! Circular resistance bands, a Pilates ring, and Pilates ball! The guides that come with it are great too! I've mostly used the bands so far, as most of my Pilates classes (Apple fitness +) just use bands, but I'm excited to start taking classes in town with a friend and they don't supply rings!

I have found I prefer to work out at home, so I've been adding equipment here and there to keep workouts interesting. I've seen Pilates rings used and decided I wanted to integrate this into my routine to complement my mat exercises. This is a really nice set - it includes the ring, a set of resistance bands (also loop style), a Pilates ball, and a chart with exercises for targeted areas as well as full body. See pics - the quality over all is good. The ball and resistance bands don't have a strong unpleasant smell, the band itself has a little bit of the inner core material visible, but that doesn't seem to compromise the utility of it at all. The handles are soft, and it seems like it will serve me well with adequate resistance. The resistance bands are pretty light - the highest resistance was quite easy for me to use in squats. I'll experiment with using the lighter ones for upper body work. I think the set is a very good value for the price, as it offers a lot of versatility. Looks really nice on unboxing as well, so it would be a good gift for Pilates beginner.

Love that this was an option to get too. I have rings for my students but this is for me.
